MIXED CONCRETE

ON-SITE MIXING FOR THE BEST CONCRETE QUALITY

With All Mixed Up LLC, all of our materials are carried separately and unmixed to your site in a self-contained, volumetric mixer truck. Mixing does not begin until you are ready.

 

Our truck can mix at a rate as high as 30 cubic yards per hour. That is one cubic yard of freshly mixed concrete produced on your site every 2 minutes. We have mix designs from 2500 psi to 5000 psi available. We cover everything from footers, garages, slabs, sidewalks, steps and much more.

We produce several types of concrete, including Pervious concrete. Pervious concrete pavement is a distinctive and effective way to address significant environmental issues and support green, sustainable growth.

WE USE VARIOUS METHODS AND TECHNIQUES TO PRODUCE THE BEST QUALITY PRODUCT

There is no one-way-fits-all approach to our concrete production. Depending on the environment, location, time of year and customer needs, we can tailor our concrete solutions to meet the need. We use flowable fill mixtures, Water reducers and accelerators, because they offer a number of mixing advantages when producing the designs. We also use grouting, as it is a vital component in today's concrete industry. Air-entrained concrete is also used to produce solid slabs for sidewalks and other projects. Our Fiber mesh reinforcements are systematically dispersed throughout the concrete mix and are always positioned positively to become an integral part of the concrete composite. During cold weather seasons, we use hot water to raise the temperature of the freshly mixed concrete. This promotes setting and strength development and protects against early age freezing.
